Alfie & Oak is a series of children's picture books featuring Alfie, who sets out, with the help of his dog Oak, to learn about the world around him as he grows up as a third-culture kid, making a home away from home.

With themes of belonging, relationships, diversity and multiculturalism, Alfie's expat journey is explored, opening up conversations on why when daddy gets a new job, it means moving to a new country or explaining why they live away from grandparents and nurturing the heartbreak of a best friend leaving to a new country on the next step of the expat journey.
